SCHBAT�s local goals are:
� To share information on suspicious activity and arrests related to construction theft.
� Reduce thefts and vandalisms.
� Drive criminals to relocate to some other less protected area.
� Work together with local city agencies and retailers to reduce and prosecute retail theft.
� Work together as a team. The more eyes we have watching � in conjunction with enhanced communication�the more effective we can be.

� Provide a high-tech way to fight organized constructiontheft, at a minimal cost.
� Develop an intelligence database.
� Create a nationwide contact database.
� Coordinate investigative efforts between homebuilders and law enforcement to reduce economic crimes in our collaborate with law enforcement on construction crimes. communities.
� Make law enforcement agencies aware that misdemeanor crime offenders can often provide information which can lead to larger scale organized theft and fraud groups. USALERT has created forums designed especially for homebuilders to track and collaborate with law enforcement on construction crimes.
