Metropolitan Escrow, Inc is owned and operated by three sisters. Patricia Nicholls and Anita Lester own the two offices located in Nashville and Brentwood.
Rose Mines is the Corporate Vice President of Metropolitan Escrow, Inc and the CEO of the southern 4 locations in Tullahoma, Decherd, Fayetteville and Manchester. She opened the Tullahoma office in 1993 and has added the other offices over the years.
Ms. Mines background has been in the Insurance Industry for 10 years and then an employee of TransFinancial Bank for to years before starting her own company. During her 10 years at the bank, she started as the secretary of the Consumer Loan Officer and worked her way up to the Mortgage Loan Originator and Assistant Vice President of the Bank.
Ms. Mines then became the Closing Agent and Title Agent for eight different locations of the bank, traveling to each location. She worked with most of the realtors, lenders and builders during this time and continues to work for them at Metropolitan Escrow, Inc
