The South Central Home Builders Association of Tennessee consists of professional home builders and industry suppliers. These professionals have gathered together to improve and assure all residents in the area quality, affordable housing.
The SCHBAT was formed after splitting from the Chattanooga chapter in 1998. The SCHBAT is located in Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, and Moore counties.
The SCHBAT is made up of more than 75 home building professionals. The main goals of the association include improved professionalism, buying power, insurance coverage and to strengthen industry influence over all government units in the membership area.
We welcome you to our website and hope that you will feel comfortable contacting any of our members.
Homebuilders, working together to preserve the American dream.
