We are an organization whose members are made of professional homebuilders and industry suppliers. Our membership roster exceeds 120 professional companies. Our primary focus is to develop professionalism, consolidate our resources for buying power to make insurance coverages effective and afforable, and to present a unified voice to strengthen our influence towards all governmental departments including State, Local, and National legislative bodies.

When you join the SCHBAT you have a voice through our larger afiliations with our homebuilders associations at the state and national levels. During the 2009 Fall Meeting of the Membership, the Board of Directors approved the endorsement of First Mutual Insurance Group, and we are now ready for members to take advantage of this incredible program.
Getting a quote is easy! Simply go to http://hbat.org/ and sign up in the Members Only area. You will be verified as a member by the HBAT Staff. Once in the Members Only area, simply click on the Benefits and Discounts icon. You will ten be able to get an online quote for either individual or even small group policies.

The SCHBAT is your fast track for builders to obtain safety information. Through our affiliate links you can quickly learn about changes in safety regulations, and keep abreast of OSHA courses as they are offered. The HBAT Self-Insured Trust Program has maintained a loss record well below the industry average over the last 12 years!
